Moving into an UrbanShared room is a simple 3 step Process

Drop us a line and we can talk through how UrbanShared works. If there's a fit we can arrange to show you a selection of our rooms.

​CHOOSE A ROOM

Once you have viewed our selection of rooms, then simply let us know which one you'd love to move into and we will start the application process.

MOVE IN

When the application process is complete it's simply a question of selecting your preferred move in date. If you need a hand during move in then please let us know!

​Quick Guide to Referencing at UrbanShared

At UrbanShared referencing is super-simple as is managed end-to-end all on-line. Once we've accepted your offer to rent a room, you'll be sent a link to COHO, where you'll sign up and be taken dstep-by-step through the onboarding process, including completing an application form and uploading all the documents we need to complete our referencing process. 

See below documents we will need ; 

If you are in full-time employment, we will need to see the following documents ;

1. 3 months bank statements (showing salary received and all typical monthly out-going payments
2. If you have recently started work (or moving to London for a new job) then we will need to see you job offer letter
3. Passport (this is part of the right to rent process)

If you are self-employed, we will need to see the following documents ;

1. 3 months bank statements (showing self-employed income received and all typical monthly out-going payments). We may need to see your company bank accounts too!
